The Hall of Global Innovation is a combination of exhibits focusing on innovation,  design and education in the housewares industry.  The exhibits include:

• IHA Smart Home Pavilion (New) – featuring innovative exhibitors and educational information supporting smart and connected products.  Authorities Mike Wolf of the Smart Kitchen Summit and Carley Knobloch of HGTV will be available daily to discuss the smart home industry and answer questions.
• Pantone ColorWatch – focusing on eight palettes representing the strongest home furnishing trends for the upcoming year.  The display serves as Pantone's master palette of forecasted colors for the industry and complements Monday's color trends seminar by color expert Leatrice (Lee) Eiseman.
• Student Design Competition – celebrating the future of design by recognizing six award-winning undergraduates who were selected by a jury that reviewed entries from many great universities.
• IHA Global Innovation Awards (gia) for Product Design – honoring exhibitors’ latest creations and cutting-edge innovations with award recognition for product design in 13 different categories.
• IHA Global Innovation Awards (gia) for Retail Excellence – featuring 28 housewares retailers from 27 countries around the world, recognized for exceptional retailing excellence and superior visual merchandising.
